Sandra Ferrigno, Partner Fiandaca & Ferrigno LLP

Sandra has over 8 years experience in the law industry. Her main areas of practice include juvenile law (including CHINS and Care & Protection cases), special education advocacy,  estate planning and disability law as well as real estate law. Sandra appears in juvenile court nearly every day, and, when not in court, is usually in a team meetings for a client's IEP, or an expulsion hearings, Sandra assists people in protecting their assets and providing for their heirs. Her passion is working with families with disabilities to plan for their family member that is disabled.

As a mother of a child with disabilities, Sandra knows first hand the challenges and struggles of families with disabilities. She is also well aware that many families have not made proper legal arrangements to care and provide for their family member with disabilities. Her desire is to assist people in this process and to educate the public as to the laws and estate planning issues impacting families with disabilities.

In addition to her own case load, Sandra is responsible for hiring, training and supervising office staff as well as managing office and client accounts for Fiandaca and Ferrigno.
